About Lipo
Charging
- Charging Current: Charging current should only be less than then maximum charge rate specified.
- Charging Voltage: Maximum charged voltages for each Lithium Polymer cell are 4.20v.
- Charging Temp: Battery should never get above room temperature. If battery get above room temperature, immediately unplug battery from charger.
- Reverse Connection: Check carefully for correct polarity before plugging battery to charger. Failure to do so will risk of damaging both charger/battery.
- Only use Li-Poly: Only use specifically Lithium Polymer charger to charge Lithium battery.
- Unattended Charging: NEVER CHARGE YOUR BATTERY UNATTENDED, always keep your attention on the battery throughout the charging process and unplug battery is fully charged.
Discharging
- Over Discharging: Never discharge battery under 3.0v per cell under load. Over discharging may lead to loss the cell’s performance and significantly degrading the life cycle.
Storage
- Only store your battery half charge (3.85v per cell) in cool room temperature.
Cautions:
- Do not use or subject the battery to intense sunlight or hot temperatures such as in a car or in hot weather. Never recharge battery outside the specified temperature range of 0 to 45℃.
- The battery pack incorporates built-in safety devices. Do not use it in a location where static electricity may be present. Otherwise, the safety device can be damaged.
- Store the battery in a location where children cannot reach it. Also, make sure that a child does not take out the battery pack from the charger or equipment.
- Before use, carefully study the "Battery Operating Instructions" & "Handling Precautions and Prohibitions". For further information, contact Fusion-pack.
- For recharging procedures, refer to the Operation Manual of your battery charger.
- If you find rust, a bad odor, overheating, battery balloon or swell up, discolor, deformation, and/or other irregularities when using the battery for the first time, please contact your supplier or vendor.
- Only store your battery half charge (3.85v per cell) in cool room temperature.
- Discharging Current: Never discharge battery more than what the battery is rated for. High discharged current may reduce the discharging capacity remarkably and cause damage to battery.
